Another popular sport in these islands is kayaking and Trinidad`s rivers create wonderful opportunities to experience kayaking through rainforests. Renting a kayak is easy and inexpensive and they can be rented along the river banks from almost anywhere. Some rental companies even offer guides to assist with the journey.
